Shipping Policy

Orders for shipments within the U.S. will be processed up to 5 -7 business days from order date. Business days are Monday through Friday, and exclude certain holidays. 

Shipping charges will be processed with your order and charged at the time of purchase. You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification e-mail. 

We are not liable for any packages that are lost or stolen. If your tracking number indicates that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your carrier to file a claim. 

Shipping Outside the U.S.

Delivery times are estimated to be 14-21 business days, but please note that delivery time may vary substantially depending on the time spent in customs. The recipient of the shipment is responsible for any taxes, customs duties and fees that may be applied by the destination country. 

Duties & Taxes

Please note, all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local custom authorities.
